Here, you can download all the files associated with your order. • Go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. • Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy will send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal. if you can't find the email please check your spam or junk inbox or social and promotion section.

That is mostly because it is a zip file, you need to unzip it in order to extract its content. you can easily do this: If you are using a PC (windows): Right-click the ZIP file. In the drop-down menu, click "Extract All…" The zip wizard will appear.
