3.For "custom for U design" option, if you choose the "custom for U design", Please follow the following step:

1>. Please send us engraving text and special instructions upon checkout or your own design (high res .jpeg or .png) in black and white via Etsy message.

2>. Once we have all your info, we'll send you a design mock-up for your approval, you can approve or request changes as you need (up to 3 revisions).

3>. We do not ship products that are not approved so please keep an eye on your Etsy Inbox during the time to avoid time delays. We produce & ship in 2-3 business days after mock-up approval.
