Can’t dowload the files! Help

No need to panic! Unfortunately the only way to access and dowload digital files on Etsy is through “purchases and reviews” on a browser. Files cannot be dowloaded on the app and there are often issues using the link in the confirmation email. If you have the app on your phone, just type in “etsy” on your browser and select “cancel” when prompted to open the app. Otherwise, just access your profile on a browser clicking on the top right corner > purchases and reviews > click on the product You should see the “dowload files option” This process is also explained in detail with pictures in our Installation guide.

Everytime I tap on an app it takes me to shortcuts first, what to do?

Unfortunately this is a known issue with Apple and IOS that can’t be fully fixed at the moment. It’s also described in our guide. For now what you can do is reduce the lag by taking the following steps: Go to settings > accessibility > motion and activate reduce motion :) We hope and think that with the next update Apple will fix this, but at the moment there is no permanent way to fix it
