The turban has so much potential but arrived looking different than the photos and with unfinished edges that couldn't be tucked in because of the location of the stitches.
Response from buboo style
We contacted the buyer to see the situation and together made an agreement to return the purchase. And the money was refunded. Buyer is happy with the solution and customer service, but unfortunately after order cancelation, she can't update her review, so I have put these explanations. There is no issue we can't solve it together!

I have yet to receive this purchase. Bought at the beginning of January. Sent several messages. Haven’t heard anything back. Good thing i got other hats while i go through Chemo... Update: i was contacted by the store and they were able to refund my purchase. Unfortunately we think the package got lost at my clearly lacking post office. I appreciated that she reached out and explained that she never received any correspondence from me prior to my review. A lot of misfires here but it turned out ok. 👍✌️
