PDF QUILT PATTERN for the Pretty Pincher Potholders

These pincher-style potholders are my favorite. They slip over your fingers and thumb so you can easily keep your hands safe as you grab the casserole out of the oven or that hot pan handle from the stove. But they’re so easy to put on and off. And I’ve developed a way to make them (with extra hints along the way) so that you can create a pair fast and easily! Approximately 4.5 x 8” each.

In this PDF downloadable pattern I’ll walk you through step-by-step instructions with lots of photos and illustrations so that even a beginner can have success making them. And I include how to make it easy to make and sew on bias binding.

A pair of oval potholders can easily be made from scraps of coordinating cotton fabrics from your fabric stash. And it’s a great way to use up your leftover 10" square layer cakes. The instructions include yardage if you need to purchase new. You'll also need 1/6 yard of Insul-Brite and a scrap of cotton batting.

This listing is for an instant download PDF pattern, that you’ll receive almost immediately after your purchase, which means no waiting for the pattern to arrive in the mail—and no postage! Note: be sure to log into your Etsy account through a browser (you cannot download pdfs from the Etsy app at this time).
