What to know

Magnetic Sketch Easel! Made with care to last a lifetime. Great for small works of watercolor, gouache, pencil, and acrylics. This is the ultralight option for plein air (I've even taking it backpacking). Holds it's angle with tried-and-true Southco E6-10-301-20 adjustable torque hinges. Made of durable, lightweight, and sustainable bamboo plywood. Finished with all natural, water-proof Osmo Hardwax Oil Finish. Contains 6 embedded neodymium magnets to keep your materials in place.

12 x 11in when flat. Fits perfectly in the laptop pocket of a backpack.
11 x 6 in when closed. Transport closed in small tote bags and satchels.

Upper portion (for attaching sketchpad): area of 11 x 5.5 in
Bottom portion (for attaching palette/water cup): area of 11 x 4.75 in

DOES NOT INCLUDE TRIPOD. But it does come with your choice of quick-release plate. Three options: Basics, Arca-Swiss ("Universal"), and Manfrotto RC2. Any quick release plate with a 1/4 diameter bolt is compatable with my easels. See pictures for more detail.

Optional Drawing Board Accessories to my sketch easel. This is great for artists who prefer to tape a single sheet of paper down to a board when painting. Medium Drawing Board is designed for a 9x12 inch sheet to be taped to the surface. Large Drawing Board is designed for a 11x15 inch sheet. On the back, a built-in tab secures it to the top of the easel. It comes with two small clips to secure it at the bottom. It can be used in either landscape or portrait modes. I have been wanting to order this for over a year based on seeing it in other artists' YouTube videos and it's everything I was expecting! Very adjustable and solid construction. Have not had a chance to take it outside as I have had a cold but have used it in my house with my tripod and outdoor stool as well as standing and I can tell it's going to be awesome!
