Shipping and Processing Policy

Processing time: Regular orders take 1-3 days, large orders take up to 2 week. Customer will be contacted if the order is experiencing a longer processing time.

Once item is shipping, it takes about 1 - 5 business days to ship.

East Coast Customers: Shipping time 1 - 3 days

West Coast Customers: Shipping time 2 - 4 days

Other Parts of the Country: Shipping time 3 - 5 days

Express mail is available domestically.

EU: Regular mail, 3-4 weeks. Priority mail, 10 to 15 business days.

For countries that are not listed: We only ship DHL to countries that not listed due to the unstable postal service. Please contact me for pricing. Customers will be responsible for all custom fees and hidden charges.

20 Days Return and Exchange Policy:

Please send the item back with the original purchase receipt for exchange or return.

Refund might not be processed if the receipt is missing. All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition. Merchandise may be returned for the cost of the item to the original form of payment up to 20 days from the delivery day. $25 per item handling fee will be deducted if the return was mailed back over 21 to 35 days after the delivery day. Refund would be denied if the merchandise was mailed over 35 days after the delivery day.

Custom design items are not refundable.

All shipping cost(s) is non-refundable.

Exchanges will only be accepted for the same price range items in a different color or size. Merchandise sold as “final sale” may not be returned or exchanged at any time.

The 2nd shipping cost will be waived for all exchange items.

Lost Packages:

All the products are insured. If the USPS tracking system shows that your package never arrives, I will refund you 100%, or send you a new one instead.

If the USPS tracking system shows that your package is arrived but you don't have it. Please contact your local post office as well as file a policy report of stolen packages. I will refund 50% of the cost after receiving a copy of your police report.
