What happens once my order is shipped?

All orders are carefully packaged & shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping info. If items are returned due to an incorrect address, it is the buyers responsibility to pay for reshipment. Refunds can be issued in this case if desired, however shipping costs for original shipping label will be deducted. Delivery times are estimated. Once USPS is in possession of a package, I cannot be held responsible for delivery times. Refunds will not be issued for packages still in transit unless deemed officially lost by USPS. Customer satisfaction is very important to me. If packages/items are damaged in shipping, please contact me to work out a resolution.

Can sale/discounted items be returned? What to include in Gift Messages?

Sale Items: All sales final on discounted/sale/clearance items. No returns/refunds/exchanges on sale items as per shop policy. Thank you! Gift Messages: When selecting the gift message option with an order, please include the entire message you'd like the recipient to receive. For example: Happy Birthday! Love, (your name) Oftentimes, people receive gifts with no knowledge of who sent them if you don't include a Love, From, Best Wishes, etc. at the end of your message. Messages will be sent exactly as written.

Can I use a coupon code after I've placed my order? Can coupons be stacked?

Coupon codes are only for purchases made at the time of checkout. Coupon codes do not apply to previous orders. Coupons cannot be stacked. Coupons can not be combined with percentage discounts when a sale is running.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. All orders will have USPS tracking numbers and can be tracked via "Your Purchase" on Etsy or via the USPS website.

What happens if my order is lost or stolen?

All orders marked DELIVERED by USPS that are lost or stolen are not refundable. After your package is shipped, we do not have any control over it. You will need to contact your local post office to resolve the issue. I also suggest contacting your local police department and filing a report. Mail theft is a federal offense. Unfortunately, theft has become a more frequent issue in current times. It is the buyers responsibility to provide a secure location for packages to be delivered to. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please choose a Priority Mail upgrade at checkout.

What if I gave an incorrect address when I placed my order?

Please make sure your address is correct at time of checkout. Orders will be shipped to the address that was provided at the time your order was placed. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address due to customer error. If your package is returned to us, you may receive a refund. (cost of USPS shipping will be subtracted from refund amount) Items must be received in original condition. If you would still like the item after the refund, you will be given the opportunity to purchase again. Unfortunately, if the parcel is not returned to us, this loss is not our responsibility. If USPS deems an address as "invalid", I will reach out for a correction. If a reply is not received, orders will be cancelled and refunded.

Will I receive a full refund for returned merchandise?

When items are returned, they are inspected to be sure they are in original condition. Refunds will be for the cost of items only, less the shipping fees. Items with free shipping will be reimbursed the purchase price less a restocking fee which will be equal to the exact shipping cost incurred by JennysRainbow to purchase a shipping label through Etsy/USPS. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. I recommend shipping returns with tracking via USPS so you can ensure that the package has indeed made it's way back to me. Returns on Hair Jewelry are not accepted due to hygienic implications. Thank you for understanding.

What happens if an item is damaged? Can I get a refund?

I always aim to please. If there is ever any issue, I just ask that a photo of the issue/damage is shared with me. I will do my best to work out a satisfactory resolution with you, be it a replacement if necessary or a refund. USPS requires photo evidence of package, packing materials and the damaged item in order to file a claim. Damage due to misuse will not be covered.
