Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Your order will be made into a custom listing and will be identified by your username in my "Reserved" section. Your order will begin production after the final payment. Message me directly for more information. I'm happy to help make my items accessible to all.

How to I apply my patch?

All of my currently available patches are iron-on and sew on. To iron on, remove the paper backing and lay the patch where you would like to adhere it. Set your iron to the medium setting. Press down firmly for about 10-20 seconds and then allow it to cool. Your patch should be firmly attached to the material of your choice. Please wash and dry on low temperature settings after attaching. To sew the patch on, simply remove the paper backing and, using a thread matching either the border or the background, sew down your patch to your desired material. I want a different color used in a patch but there are no color options

Message me directly or add the color change request to the "note to the seller" section during checkout! Please be as specific as you can when making a request.

This patch isn't the size I want

Do you work for trade?

I do not. Fursuits and custom orders are too costly for me to consider trades.

Can you expedite shipping?

Not just yet! But I am working toward making that a possibility.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes I do. However, it entirely depends on what is being ordered. Some things simply cannot be expedited, due to wait times and scheduling. My hourly work rate goes up from $15 per hour to $25 on rush orders so be aware that this will result in a price increase in the product you are ordering Please contact me directly about any rush orders and i will let you know if it is possible to meet your deadline.

Why are your prices the way they are?

I price my listings based on the cost of material for the item plus how long it takes me to make it. My personal hourly rate is $15USD

My costume/prop got damaged!

Not to worry! I offer free repairs for up to a year. Simply message me directly for shipping information and any information on the damages!

Do you have Discounts?

For patches, I certainly do! Apply code 'SEWONLY' during checkout. This means you will remove the iron on capabilities but you will take 10% off of your order.
