Custom and personalized orders

● Is there something you have in mind but don’t see in our shop? Send us a message and request a custom order! We also have many gemstones, crystals, and glass beads not listed in our shop and can make you something totally unique! ● Items listed in the shop are almost all handmade to order, and customization is typically available. Send a message if you want to discuss making something similar or creating a matching piece - we customize bracelets, anklets, necklaces, and earrings!

● Finished lengths are measured from end to end of each piece to ensure different clasp styles are accommodated. Exchanges can be made if you order the wrong sizes; shipping fees associated with returns and exchanges are paid by the buyer. ● We can create our jewelry in different lengths for a perfect fit, often including 1/4" and 1/2" increments. If you need a specific measurement not listed, please note this when you make your purchase. ● Please note it is very difficult to guarantee an EXACT measurement due to the sizes of gemstones/beads used in each design and each item being handmade. We will get as close as possible to your desired length!

● Please be gentle with all handmade jewelry especially when it contains natural gemstones and other potentially fragile materials that aren't meant to come into extended or direct contact with water or chemicals such as perfumes and cleansers. ● As with all jewelry, removal is recommended while swimming, doing the dishes, showering, working out, etc. Handle it with care, store it properly, and avoid dropping it, tossing it, or exposing it to harsh conditions, and you'll enjoy it for years to come! ● Note that almost all metals can tarnish over time from exposure to air and other elements. Gently clean with a polishing cloth when needed and store jewelry in a closed box when not in use.

Gift wrapping and packaging

● Each item comes in an organza bag, but for a small fee (or a friendly request!), your order can be ready for gifting in a branded kraft box, tied with a jute twine bow. ● For special requests, just send a message!

Shipping and delivery

● Once your order is shipped, tracking should be available through Etsy. Please contact me if you do not receive the info and I will do my best to provide it. ● I create and ship all orders on time but have no control over what happens once your item is handed off to the mail carrier. Marley+Grace is not responsible for lost, damaged, or late packages - please send a help request through Etsy messages for assistance. ● If you need your order by a specific date, please send a message to discuss the possibility of rush production and shipping options, or search my shop for "Rush Shipping" to find a listing with more information. ● Insurance and signature confirmation are available to purchase at an additional cost.

● Listing photos are usually enlarged to show detail, and sometimes zoomed out to show the entire piece. ● The size of the components used in each piece of jewelry is described in the listing and there is typically a photo of the piece next to a common item such as a penny, and/or ruler for scale. ● Photos are taken to represent each item as accurately as possible, but please be mindful that colors and sizes can vary depending on your screen. ● Please read the listing descriptions and send a message with any questions you may have!

Accent metal and clasp selection

Returns and exchanges

● Each listing provides a return policy based on Etsy guidelines. In most cases, returns & exchanges can be processed if you don't love your item, need a size adjustment, or have another concern. Help is available with sending your item back. Send a message with questions or for assistance! ● For items returned, up to 15% will be deducted from the refund amount to cover shipping and fees I've paid unless there is an exchange. ● I will always do my best to ensure you have a 5-star experience - please send a message prior to leaving a negative review - let's work together to resolve potential issues! ● Note that due to hygienic reasons, returns on earrings are not always possible - but let's chat if with your purchase to find a solution.

This colorful, fun bracelet features a rainbow of faceted rondelle beads measuring approximately 4mm in diameter. Shown as a bracelet with a clasp, this can also be made as a stretch option, and in lengths long enough to wear as an ankle bracelet, necklace, or wrap bracelet. The gemstones used vary and will most likely include the following:
