We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on your location, with tracking provided for all orders. Our shipping options: • Free standard shipping (15-20 days) • Express shipping (3-7 days) for an additional fee of $70 Please note: • You may be responsible for imported taxes and duties based on your country's regulations. • Customs clearance may cause delays, so please track your order with the provided number for timely delivery.

❗️ Returns & Exchanges Policies

We stand behind the quality of our gowns and will gladly accept returns for alterations if there is a fault or problem with the gown from our production. Our made-to-order gowns in standard sizes between 2-14, without customizations are carefully crafted just for you, which is why we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND: • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to request a return. And, return items within 3 days of receiving Return Authorization. • Only dresses ordered in standard size chart and without customization are eligible for a refund, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. • The gown must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and non-altered.

❗️Non-refundable policies

• All gowns ordered according to personal measurements are non-refundable. • Orders that are custom-designed or have modified requests are not returnable. • Sample dresses and all sale items are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange. • Rush order fees are non-refundable. • Shipping fees are never refundable. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. If this is the case, we accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchasing. • If you wish to cancel your gown order within 7 days of purchasing, and if the production process has not yet begun, we will accept your cancellation. However, please note that a 30% fee will be charged to cover the cost of administration, lace allocation, pre-production, and pattern preparation associated with your order.

❗️Care instructions

Most wedding dresses require a dry-cleaning while some will need hand-washing with water and soap without rubbing or squeezing. Avoid getting fringe, tassels, rhinestones, metal accessories, or similar add-ons wet. Your dress should get only a steam ironing on low/medium heat. Hang it using a hanger, and keep it in a Selfa bag.

If you're getting married soon, you have to get your dress from Selfa! Hannah was amazing to work with and she pays attention to every little detail so you can fully entrust her with your beautiful gown. I ordered the Shoshana dress and had it made to measure. I was afraid I would somehow mess up the measurements but Hannah helped me all throughout and sent a great reference guide/instructions that made this process so much easier. I only redid a couple of measurements and I'm so glad that she reached out to me about those. My dress fits like a glove and I am head over heels in love with it! Shipping was super fast and the package was carefully wrapped –I loved every detail. I can't wait to wear it to my wedding in January and I'll definitely be adding pictures from my special day to this review!
