SIZE AND FITS:

All of our shirts are made to order on high-quality unisex tees. We recommend sizing down for women unless you prefer a loose fitted tee. All other sizes are true to size. Please refer to the size chart photos on the listing to pick the best fit for you.

Our sweatshirts and hoodies are also made to order on unisex fits. We recommend sizing down on these as well for women unless you love oversized sweatshirts.

Please ask if you don't see the size charts for the exact product you choose.

DESIGN & COLOUR:

All (one colour)designs will be printed in black on light colours, and white on dark colours. If you’d prefer the design on your shirt to be in white or black particularly, please make that request by messaging us.

The shirt colours that we send may differ according to our stock situation and the shipping address. The closest colour will be shipped if the colour you chose is not available. Please message me the colour you want and the shipping country to check a specific colours availability.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING:

- Processing is normally 1-5 days.
- Shipping is normally 2-5 business days (after processing time).
- Please check Etsy's estimated arrival date on the page for more accurate information.
- A tracking number will be provided
- We will ship the items to Etsy Address. If you want to change your address for any reason, please contact us before ordering.
- We kindly remind you that once we drop off your package in the post facility, we will have no control over the package anymore. Therefore, we will not responsible for items delayed by the Post Company and will not issue a refund for items not received by a certain date. If you experience any issue with your package, please contact your local post office facility.

All shipping times are estimated and can take longer especially during holidays. Please note, if you want expedited shipping, message us and note that it only upgrades the shipping, not the processing time.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

- Turn inside-out
- Machine wash cold with mild detergent (first time only)
- No Bleach
- Remove promptly and dry on a warm setting. Leaving the wet fabric in the washer can cause the image to bleed. If bleeding occurs, rewash immediately.
- Do not iron on the design
- A pre-treatment fluid may be applied to dark garments to prepare the surface and enhance the print quality. You may notice a slight glaze on the garment, which will disappear after the first wash.

RETURNS:

All sales are FINAL and we DON’T accept returns. This is a customized and personalized product, and can not be resold.
If we made a mistake we will send a replacement if you get in touch within 30 days of the item is delivered. Shirts may NOT be returned or exchanged due to sizing.

NOTE:

The colours on the shirt may be a little faded and not as bright and saturated due to the brightness and resolution of your monitor or screen.

Shirts and print sizes on the photos may differ according to stock.
But the printed design will be the same for sure.

Hoodies may have smaller print area sizes according to stock.
Please consider purchasing a T-shirt or sweatshirt instead if you need to have a full print area size. Or just contact me and ask! 🙂
