How do I download my files?

Once you have purchased a planner, you will receive an email with access to your files. You can also download them by logging into your Etsy account and heading to "purchases and reviews". + You can download them as many times as you want!

Can I request a refund?

Unfortunately, no. Due to the digital nature of the products I sell, I do not issue a refund. But you are more than welcome to contact me if there are any issues with your purchase.
