Can I customise my order?

Absolutely! I make your order from scratch so always happy to customise your piece! Please note: complicated customisations may take a little longer to create so please discuss with me via message :)

Can I combine delivery for multiple orders?

Yes of course! In most cases this won’t incur further charges. Please message me should you need to combine something small with a larger, more delicate item e.g. a feather wand, as this will likely mean you will be charged the cost of the larger delivery listed. In this scenario there will be no additional charge above the higher fee for extra small items.

Custom and personalised orders

I usually make my orders from scratch so listed delivery times are fairly accurate. I will surely message you if your customisation is going to take a little longer than expected due to complexity or sourcing of raw materials. Don’t forget to message me with as much detail as possible so I can make your vision accurately. Please note: occasionally there may be a small extra charge for additions that require extensive alterations to the pictured item.

I lovingly hand wrap/box my orders. If your item is a gift and you want to retain the item wrapped, I will happily send you detailed photos of the finished product or include the wrapping materials for you to personally package if requested.

I absolutely love these, thank you! I got exactly what I asked for and they are great quality like I was hoping :) the packaging is super cute and there was even a little gift included.
