For our Baby Books, we will put the name EXACTLY how it is spelled on your order. If you do realized that there is an error. Please message us as soon as possible, so that we can put a note to correct the name. Once an order is shipped, there is nothing we can do to change the name.

We ship to the address provided with your order. If there is an error in your shipping address, please contact ASAP. If you order has not shipped, we will make a note on your order and ship it to the new address. If you order has already shipped. We are not able to change the address. If the package is returned to us, it is the buyers responsibility to pay to have the package shipped to a new address.
