Where can I download my purchased files?

-Digital files are available automatically after purchase payment clears with Etsy at http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases. You’ll also get a link which goes to the Downloads page. For guest checkout, you will receive an automated email from Etsy with your download links, please check your junk/spam folder. If you can't find the email, please contact me and I will assist you. -Once purchased, you will receive an email with a link to your Etsy profile. From there, click on your profile icon, then go to "Purchases and reviews". Alternatively, you can log on to your Etsy account, then go to "Purchases and reviews". If you purchase as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

What’s the file format that I will receive?

You will receive PDF files or ZIP files which contain PDF files and sometimes high-resolution PNG images depending on the item you purchase. Once downloaded, use the option "extract all" to have your PDF of PNG files saved on your computer. Open the PDF files with Adobe Acrobat Reader and the PNG files using the image viewer available on your computer. To download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, use this link https://get.adobe.com/reader/

Can you create custom orders?

Yes. Please message me with your enquiry. I usually respond within a few hours and once we agree on the details of your order, it should be ready in the next 24 hours.

Files are printed too big or too small ?

Many printers can change the sizing option to "Fit to page " automatically. Always choose "Actual Size" in the Page Sizing & Handling Section. Refer to the product description section for more information about each file's format.

Can I share my purchased printables?

No, they are for personal use only.

How to access the files (unzip/extract)

The files will be in zips, which you will have to download and extract. Download, then extract the files by selecting the zipped folder and clicking on "Extract all" on the tool bar or right click and select "Extract all." If you struggle to download the files, please send me a message and I will assist you right away. Please note that Etsy app currently does not support downloading your files on phones or tablets, therefore you will have to use a computer and a browser in order to download.
