Isabel made the impossible possible! I had very specific design wishes and Isabel not only fully met them when I asked, but even exceeded my expectations. Her advice was very informative and customer-oriented. She explained the advantages and disadvantages of different metals and helped me find the perfect material without breaking my budget. She also gave me great advice on design options. The production and delivery were quick and I was regularly informed about the progress, even with photos, which increased the anticipation every day. When I unpacked it, I was touched by the loving packaging down to the smallest detail. We will definitely order our wedding rings from Isabel. Oh yes, of course my fiancé likes it very much too ❤️
