Upon request, we are happy to provide gift wrapping for your order with advance notice. We take extra care to package your items securely to prevent any damage during shipping. However, please be aware that in some instances, damage may occur despite our efforts. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.

Custom and personalised orders

We offer personalized or customized labels for selected items (to know which items can be personalized - you can see on each listed items if it is possible for personalization), allowing you to tailor them to your own preferences. Simply choose this option and provide us with the necessary information. Please note that our logo will be included on the label.
