I mistakenly assumed the original write-up describing a 3-dimensional *design* meant the charm was 2-sided! oops . . . my misinterpretation. I did write to Diane to clarify, but not complain, because I knew I could use the item, but I prefer not to have open backs for my dangles, so they can swing either way! As one can see from my first 2 reviews, I really loved my other purchases and was very impressed with the packaging, shipping and correspondence! (thanks to Diane for changing the wording! I think it also applies to the *antique bronze* model!)”
