Initial order arrived with sewing defects. However, upon notifying the owner, apologizes were made and a replacement at no charge was sent in a timely manner. The second shirt arrived as expected with no defects. Things happen, but how a business manages it, speaks volumes. Customer service was definitely delivered. Shirt is very cute. My niece will love it.
