❤️ - ABOUT THE ROBES - ❤️

The robes are knee length.

Adult robes are one size fits XS-L (94cm long) This fits up to a UK size 14. There is also a plus size which fits UK 16-20. please let me know in the personalisation section if you need plus size.

The designs are printed on to the robes using a special technique - you will not be able to ‘feel’ the design, it becomes part of the robe so the whole robe will retain its luxurious satin feel. Because the designs aren’t ironed on, there will be no cracking, no peeling, and the design will last long term, as vibrant as the day you bought it. The designs will look clearer on lighter coloured robes so this is something to bear in mind when ordering.

We also offer payment plans for our robes where you can spread the cost - pay 10% deposit and the rest is due 8 weeks before your wedding. You can chip away at the balance or wait and pay it all at the end. Message us for this option :)

❤️ - HOW TO ORDER - ❤️

Select what colour robe you’d like when ordering, and which design you’d like on the back. All of the design options can be seen in the photos and the colours can be seen on the last photo. It really isn’t the best way to show off all the colours so please do message us to see each colour up close.

In the 'Personalisation' section, please let us know the name, and associated role for each robe. If you are ordering any children’s sizes or need plus sizes, please let us know which size you require. Please ensure you have selected the correct quantity of robes (this can be done using the quantity dropdown at checkout).

Please check the estimated delivery date in the 'delivery details' section before ordering as our turnaround time varies depending on how busy we are. There are several options for shipping at the checkout stage.

❤️ - EXTRA POINTS - ❤️

Please note that we recommend these robes are only hand washed or on a special silk setting. We also recommend ironing them a few days prior to your wedding or before giving your proposal gift, so that they are crease free and picture perfect 💕 Iron on the lowest setting and iron the reverse side. Rolling the robes will help to minimise creasing when it comes to packing them for your wedding - we recommend leaving them on hangers for as long as possible once steamed before packing them for your wedding to minimise creasing.

For our purposes we define a bulk buy purchase as more than 10 of one item (e.g 10 flutes).

We are often asked if we can offer a discount on an order if around 5 robes are purchased for example. Many of our products are designed to be bought in bulk (e.g. glasses/slippers/hangers for the whole bridal party) As it takes the same amount of time and materials to create each item regardless of how many are ordered, unfortunately we are not able to offer a discount for a standard sized order of under 10.

If you are purchasing more than 10 of one item, please send us a message to discuss :)

If you require your order for a certain date which is sooner than your estimated dispatch date, please contact us as we will be able to prioritise your order to get it to you in time for the date required.

If you have not placed an order but would like something sooner than the estimated date, please let us know and we will let you know if we can fit you in.

At this time we do not offer the option to pay to have your order completed within a couple of days after purchase due to how busy we are.

Yes, please ask us for our price lists for both bag and box bundles, we have set bundles but you can also mix and match items and we can work you out a price.

We offer a payment plan if you wanted to spread the cost. We ask for a 10% deposit on booking and the rest is due 6 weeks before your wedding, you can pay in instalments of your choosing up to the due date if your prefer, or you can wait and pay it all when it’s due. We make and send the items once full payment is received, subject to the turnaround timescales at the time the full balance is received (it’s usually around 4-5 weeks but varies depending on how busy we are) You can also choose to pay the balance off earlier and still receive your items closer to your wedding.
