Damaged Items:If you receive a damaged item, it's crucial to retain the entire packaging and the item until UPS contacts you. Within 3 days of receiving a damaged product, kindly provide us with photos of both the damaged item and the packaging, along with the buyer's phone number. Failure to report within this time frame may result in UPS not accepting any subsequent claims regarding the issue.

For a fast and better solution, you should not only keep the item but also keep the delivery package and take a picture of both of them.
