Multiple orders on similar design

Multiple orders can be made on same design. But since each piece is unique i will do my best to match in multiple oders of simular design and colors. Please remeber they are hand made by only me. Some flaws in mateiral maybe present. Especially when i use real items such as feathers, bamboo or branches.

Care instructions will included in the shipping paperwork. Feel free to contact me for further information. But since they are handmade items some care is required. I do not recommend worn in heavy rain, or stored in extreme cold area. Unless made as such like waterproof for my Mermaid friends Since they are one of a kind there is never a perfect piece. Some items maybe pictured lighter or darker based on my camera exposure and lighting conditions if taken outside. If you are looking for a certain color please message me first and not complain after. I will do my best to accommodate your colors. All items are made in a smoke free household. I do not smoke :)

I do stand by my work and will repair any of my crowns or wreaths or other items within 30 days of purchase do to a defect from shipping if repairable. I e box is crushed. No cash refund You must contact for further information within 1 days of receiving item or above is void 30 days No cash refund, but i will do my best to repair the item and shipped back to you. I do reserve the right to deny repair for carelessness. Some parts are fragile since some of my items are from natural sources. Please note If I offer to repair your item then you refuse to send it back. That now so voids your limited warranty if any. Once you refuse to send the piece back for repair voids any contract or warranty description or future obligation.

Custom and personalized orders

Special occasion custom orders always welcome. Message for a quote Once design theme is started any variations past maybe subject to addtional cost and fees. All sales are final in any custom work no cash refunds. This includes adding fairy lights to any piece turns it into a custom order vadiation. No discount for custom or special occasion orders may apply

Do you rent your crowns or wings

General Photographer disclosure There is a 100 dollar secuirty deposit on all crowns. Which is refundable after return of piece in original condition. Renters fee of starting at 100 dollars or more and 200 for wings which is nonrefundable. No post office box delivery accepted, must be a physically business or residence. I require proof of delivery with a signature. Return shipment cost is renters responsibility no exceptions. Email address is required for contract inquiries and a phone number. Some items are fragile due to natural materials used and renter is responsible for any and all damage and you will loose your deposit. All items must be returned in time stated on contract or subject to penalty under law for theft.

Local rental to photographer policy

Rental fee varies, renter fee is non refundable and 4 day rental time period for local photographers. Addituonal Security deposit is required and 100 % refundable after returned to me. Use of my pieces in photos automatically grants me permission to use in future advertising and are copywritten. If Piece returned damaged is automatic loss of deposit. Use of makeup that causes damage to piece may be charge a cleaning fee and loss of deposit. Any headpiece or headdress purchased or rented from my store is all rights reserved under my name and must be credited when used in any and all photo's. All policies apply

Do you accept payment plans

Payment plan are only available on pieces valued over 100 dollars, which fall under special orders. Message for a quote Payment plan is through etsy and set up as a deposit plan on Etsy and written contract. 50% of cost is required to start pieces and is nonrefundable after 24 hrs. Once piece or pieces are started entire purchase now it becomes non refundable. Even if piece received is now something you don't want. Payment in full must be paid prior to shipping. See additional policies and make sure you understand them. Rush orders are available for a additional fee.

Special orders/custom variation/Wedding decor

Special orders are always welcomed and fall under non refundable. Variation on any piece is non refundable and final sale. Payment plans are available for large orders. Deposits are required prior to start of project and with a one hour cancellation period only Please read all store policies once purchased you consent and agree to all. This includes all wedding concept Headpieces, men's hats or crowns, bouquet and any other item deemed wedding decor. Pieces are approved by you prior to shipping. Once shipped sale is final and complete no cash refunds or bank charge backs. Even if you don't like it in person after you approved it via photo.

I ship everything USPS Signature will be required unless informed otherwise. Not responsible for delivery of items late, lost by post office, damaged or unable to deliver item. I do moniter the delivery status of your item. I am not responsible if you do not pick up the item at the post office. No return accepted and i am not held responsible if your postal service does not deliver your package in time. Please inform me if you need it by a certain date otherwise each listing has a time frame window. See listing for my information. Standard ship is 2 to 10 day If item has sparkles please be aware some sparkles may come off during shipping. I always use more than needed to accommodate for this.

My Etsy Store Certificates/gift card information.

Certificate are redeemable ONLY in my store. No cash refund available for remaining amount if only partially used to buy a item. Remaining amount goes back to the store unless prior arrangements as a credit. If purchased by mistake cancellation in one hour. Once mailed it becomes nonrefundable in cash. Store credit only!! Are Holiday items returnable

No Holiday speciality items such as wreaths, crowns, door decor and items for a specific holiday are all sales final. No cash refund but please message me if there is a problem. Holiday or items marked as a gift are nonrefundable. All sales are final which include all items on sale.

Any variation or custom order variation is final sale and non refundable in cash. I can not be responsible for damage, lost or stolen caused by shipping, but please message me. Great care is given in packaging my headpieces but unfortunately damage may occur from shipping. Please file a compalint with the delivery service asap. Once it leaves my hands i am not held responsible financial. I do not smoke so dont use that excuse for a refund. Damaged caused by shipping is not my responsibility or if it is held in customs for months at a time. Harassment will not be accepted.

Over Seas Photographer policy A security deposit is required of 200 (refundable) and a renters fee of at least 150 and is non returnable. A special listing on Etsy will be made in regards to this. Deposit is 100% refunded upon returning to Shadow of A Dragon Crafts. This is a special request so please DM me for information. Return shipment is renters responsibility. (All other policies listed apply) Piece must be returned within 2 weeks of receiving unless other arrangements are made. A phone number is REQUIRED for over seas collaboration. Are international orders refundable

Answer NO All sales are final even if you don't like it now in person. Regardless of your countries purchase protection policies via etsy or PayPal or other payment. Please read all descriptions in listing prior to purchase. Read all store policies carefully. I have numerous policies that state no cash refunds. No....they are display only and used for photographs and you WILL NOT receive the wig shown on the listing.
