How do I access my purchased files?

Once your payment is processed, your files will be ready for download. Simply check your email or head to the "Purchases" section of your Etsy profile. All your files are stored there for easy access. We recommend using a desktop for downloading, as the Etsy app has some limitations. How do I print my downloads?

You can print your files at home, at a local print shop, or through online printing services. For best results, use heavy cardstock or the recommended paper type in the listing. When printing, select "Page Scaling: None" to ensure the correct size.

What file types will I receive?

You’ll receive high-quality digital files, usually in formats like PDF, JPG, or PNG. In case of Canva templates, you’ll get a Canvaguide PDF as one of the downloadable files. This guide includes a clickable link to your Canva template. Once you click the link, it will open in Canva, where you can log in (or create a free account) to edit your template. Once you’ve finished editing the template, click the “Share” button at top-right corner of the Canva, select “Download” from the dropdown menu, choose your preferred file type and Download. Canva is free to use, and no software downloads are required. Please check individual listings for exact details on what’s included as well as what you can edit. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Since we sell digital files, refunds or exchanges are generally not possible. However, if a file hasn’t been downloaded yet (which we can verify), we’re happy to process a refund. Refunds are also available if you purchase an upgrade. Please drop us a message on Etsy messaging and we can review on a case-by-case basis.

What are the file dimensions?

Can I request a different size, color or text?

Once you are happy with the design, save and print or you can send to a local or online print shop for printing. Please refer to the image to see which parts of your tags are editable.

The template is 8.5 X 11 inches. Each page has 8 tags each measuring 2.25 X 3.5 inches. You can download as a JPG, if using any photo printing service or use PDF when printing at home.
