If your purchase is broken in transit, we can refund the postage paid and the insured value but, ONLY if the parcel was sent via a traceable service. Please send us photos of the broken item, the box, AND the packaging material within 48 hours. We will submit a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays or, theft.

Please note that some flat items can be sent by Lettermail. This method is less expensive however, tracing and insurance is not available when using Lettermail.

Of course! We "get it". Shipping across an international border can be pricey so, if it will save our customers a bit of money then, we are happy to combine shipping. We are just as happy to get quotes from other shipping companies.

If you are interested in two or more items, message us before you check out and we will be happy to provide you with a quote for combined shipping.

If you have already gone through the checkout process - not a problem. We will refund you the difference in price between what you were charged and what it actually cost to ship the items to you.

We use shredded paper, recycled boxes, bubble wrap and foam peanuts to ship. Our packaging may not be pretty but, it's secure and sturdy. We recycle as much as possible to save the planet but, also because we don't feel that our customers want to pay extra for "fluff".

Delivery times depend on the shipping service you choose and the destination country.

Please keep in mind that items sent internationally must first clear customs. Depending upon volumes, delays may occur. We cannot intervene in the customs process nor, can the postal administration of the destination country.

If your purchase does not arrive (or, is severely late), and if you chose a traceable shipping method, please contact us and we will contact the shipping company and look into it, on your behalf.

We pick up vintage items here and there; at estate sales, at flea markets, in antique shops and even at garage sales. This isn't our full time "gig" but, it is what we look forward to doing when aren't working.

We will take many photos of each item and describe it to the best of our ability; pointing out flaws where we can see them. We will share what we know about the item. The photos and videos are considered to be part of the description.

We DO offer free shipping on certain items within our store however, shipping over international borders can be pricey. We try to keep our costs low to offset the cost of shipping. Note that the shipping prices are estimates, generated by Etsy. Often, we are able to secure better pricing through our own shippers. Please contact us for a quote based on your own location.
