How long does it take to ship?

Shipping times vary, but typical shipping times to most locations are 10-20 days for standard shipping and 3-5 days for express shipping. Occasionally customs delays, weather issues or holidays etc. can cause a slight delay, but usually 99% of orders arrive within this time frame.

Do you have tracking numbers for the packages?

Yes, all packages are shipped with tracking and registered. There is a tracking link in the order note. Once your tracking is updated in your country, you can use your postal service's website for more local information, if supported.

Do you ship to ..? We ship to most places without any problems, although if you have any unusual issues with mail to your address, such as the regular mail service (USPS, Royal Mail etc.) not servicing your area, or you live in a remote area that may require additional shipping precautions please let us know beforehand and we can check that we can deliver. If you have a query about shipping to an uncommon area or any other questions please just send us a message.

What if I miss my delivery for some reason and it is returned to you? Typically, after a missed delivery (no one home to sign for the package, package refused, not picked up, etc.), the package will be held for local pickup by your postal service for approximately 14 days before being returned to the sender if not picked up. In this case, I can resend it for you, although you will have to pay the re-delivery fee. Unfortunately, it often costs us double to return a shipment as I pay for the return shipping of unclaimed items as well as the original shipping, so please be sure to monitor the tracking information to ensure any delivery or pickup goes smoothly before the item is returned to the sender.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do? 1. Please notify me within 3 days of delivery. 2. Send me photos of the damage, save the packaging. 3. Items must be in their original packaging and unused. 4. Custom-made fixtures and large items (23 inches and above) are not eligible for returns. Exchanges are not accepted. 5. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 6. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item, minus shipping and taxes. 7. I do not accept returns based on COLOR ERROR CLAIMS. Actual color of item may vary slightly from image due to monitor or mobile phone settings, individual color perception and lighting conditions. Please purchase samples if you are concerned about color accuracy.

Is VAT included? Are there customs fees? Please note that VAT is NOT included. Etsy's wording can be quite confusing for some countries where VAT may be an option, usually for EU countries - you will see in the listing that it says "VAT included (where applicable)". This only applies if the seller is registered for VAT in the relevant countries, which is rare. In most cases this does not apply, but the wording usually implies that VAT is included. VAT and customs fees may apply to large orders, usually this applies to EU countries, but for any country, please make sure you check what fees may apply to your purchase before placing an order as customs fees and VAT are the buyer's responsibility.

We kindly ask you to be 100% sure about your choice before ordering. After production starts, shipping, or receipt of the order, changes or cancellations are not possible.
