I will paint the ball completely by hand and with care, behind it I can personalize it with an inscription or a date, enter your personalization in the appropriate space.

ORNAMENT MEASURES:

The ornament will be packaged in a transparent box or cardboard according to availability.

For shipping I use the courier for Italy and international registered mail for abroad, for fast shipments you can insert the upgrade during the order.
During the Christmas period there may be delays in shipments.

Shipping times vary depending on the country I need to ship to.

In the periods approaching Christmas it is recommended to place the order LARGO ADVANCE to be sure to receive it on time.

For Italy I always use the courier, with the upgrade I choose the fastest way.

Although fortunately this almost never happens, if you experience a big delay in the delivery of your package, you can contact me and I will inquire at my post office.
If the package does not arrive after one month, I will open a letter of complaint at the post office.
More time is then needed to carry out the accurate search on their part.
After another two months, if the package does not arrive, I will be able to refund the cost of the item or send you another item equal to the one purchased or get you a voucher of the same value.

In Italy I ship by courier, Crono package of the Italian Post Office.
For the United States and the rest of the world I ship by international registered mail or packet tracked, if you want a faster way, you can select the UPGRADE option and I will use the courier.
For heavier packages with large quantities I will use the courier.
