Returns are accepted 14 days within delivery. All returns must be sent with original packaging. Unreturned jewelry boxes will incur a $5 fee per box. We do not accept returns that show any sign of wear or have been tarnished. The delivery date is the date the mail carrier attempts to make their first delivery. Returns must be mailed with tracking to ensure safe delivery. Postage is the customers responsibility. Refunds do not include the original shipping cost.

We will repair jewelry, free of charge, within 30 days of purchase. To start the repair process, please include your order number and a photo of the item that needs to be repaired. You must physically have the piece of jewelry to start this process. Tarnishing does not constitute a repair.

Incorrect Address Policy

Shipping is free on initial orders; however, if a package is returned as undeliverable or refused, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from any refund issued.
