I want you to be happy with your purchase and will accept returns as long as I am notified that you are not happy when the item is received. Returns must be insured as I am not responsible for them until they arrive back to me. If an item arrives damaged you must file a claim with the USPS. Do not return it as it will void the claim and I will not accept it. I will be happy to assist if you need help.

Most of our vintage jewelry was purchased from the stockroom of a jewelry store/gift shop and is not previously owned and still in the original display or gift box. These items we have elected not to remove them from the original packaging and sell them as we received them. Many times we cannot determine the length of the chain nor the type of clasp, etc. due to the way the item was originally packaged. These vintage items will still show their age in a variety of ways. They may have patina, imperfections, less than perfect brilliancy to the rhinestones, etc. All these items are noted in the listing with a *.

Condition of our other items: Vintage items that we purchased “used” may show their age in a variety of ways as well. They may have patina, imperfections, scratches, chips, glue residue, dark stones, plating loss, repairs, etc. Other than inspecting the item and noting any damage not considered normal aging, we leave our vintage jewelry in as found condition. When condition of item is less than normal aging, we try our best to list the problem in the listing.
Any Repairs or cleaning to our items will be noted in the listing.

MINT: like new - no apparent wear, may have patina
NEAR MINT: minimal, gentle wear from aging, no notable flaws
EXCELLENT: normal wear from aging, does not affect the wearing item
VERY GOOD: worn, minor noted flaws, does not affect the wearing item
GOOD worn and flawed only gentle wearing recommended
POOR: in need of repair or for display purposes.
