Shipping for vinyl decals & stickers

Due to the very light weight of these items, a low cost shipping option is chosen as the default shipping method. Etsy has recently started providing tracking for lightweight items such as this one. The tracking is exclusive to Etsy and cannot be tracked through USPS. Please note, this shipping method has sometimes caused shipping times of 14 days. Shipping upgrades that do include tracking through USPS and will ship faster are available on the order confirmation page. I recommended you choose one of those shipping methods if you are looking for a delivery within a week from purchase.

How do I remove my permanent vinyl decals when I no longer want or need them?

Despite permanent being in the name of the decals, they can actually be removed quite easily when they are no longer needed. If you have a decal you’d like to remove, please message me and include what kind of surface you’re removing it from so I can recommend how best to do so.

Do you accept order cancellations?

I do, within ONE hour from your purchase. I, the seller, may cancel your order myself after that hour has passed for such reasons as: discrepancies with your shipping information, an unusually large order that might indicate fraud or theft of a credit card, or a transaction that could result in harm or damage.

Unfortunately, due to the fact that most of my items are custom made, returns are not accepted. I will NOT refund any digital items. I will be more than happy to help you with their download process.

I thoroughly inspect all of my items before I send them to you and stand behind their quality. However, I am a one person show and errors can sometimes go unnoticed. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue immediately and make it right. You have 24 hours from delivery to do so.

In no event will Letters&Love Designs be liable and responsible for labor, consequential damages, or incidental damages of any kind. DO NOT APPLY ANY ITEMS PURCHASED FROM MY SHOP TO YOUR CAR'S PAINT. Car windows are the ideal application area I recommend for all vinyl decals.

Vinyl decals can be applied to most smooth, flat surfaces. (Such as laptop, MacBook, phone, tablet, iPad, tumbler, water bottle, journal, planner, notebook, mirror, car window, truck window, cooler, etc.)
Decals do NOT stick to fabric, rubber, or silicone.

Personalize it your way. Let me know what words you'd like on the top and/or bottom of the decal. Please note, the more words you choose, the smaller the font will have to be.

You choose size. Sizing for this specific decal refers to the width. The height will vary based on the words you decide to personalize on it but it will stay proportional to the width. Larger sizes than shown are available upon request. Message me for pricing.

You choose color. See the color chart and drop down menu for colors available.

If you see a color on the color chart you prefer that is not listed in the drop down menu, message me for ordering options (most have no additional cost).

IMPORTANT!! If you need other colors, sizes, or fonts that differ from the design in the listing photo(s), message me to discuss the change you're requesting BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. The Notes Section of your order is NOT the place to discuss changes to your order with me. Orders in which the design change is not discussed with me prior to purchasing will most likely be canceled. I do not accept pre-made QR codes. Typically, they do not cut as cleanly as I need.

I only use quality vinyl which is permanent and has an expected lifetime of up to 5 years. (Holographic vinyl should NOT be used outdoors or exposed to extreme heat)
