If you don't receive the parcel within 3 weeks from the date of shipment:
1. Ask family or neighbors, maybe they have received parcel instead of you.
2. Ask your local post office. Perhaps, the parcel arrived.
3. Let me know, if you didn't receive your parcel within 45 days from the date of shipment. I will fill in the claim about the lost in my local post office.
4 If the parcel is lost by the postal service's fault, I'll return the money only after the official response from the ukrainian postal service.

• International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries.

I want my customers to be happy with their purchase. If anything went wrong, please, let me know and i will try to find ways to resolve the problem.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your item so we can try to work out the problem.
I accept returns in the original packaging and in the same condition it was sent to you.
Returns are at your expense and must be shipped within 14 days of receipt.
I will return your payment back only when the parcel back to me. Once I receive the item in original condition, I will send you a prompt refund to your PayPal account.

Shipping charges are not refundable, sorry. Also is not refunded Paypal fees (for USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30) and 9% because I work through an intermediary. Buyer pays for the return shipping.
If you do not take out your parcel in time and it comes back, I do not refund the money for shipping and Etsy (5%) Etsy shipping (5%), Paypal fees (for USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30) and please, note, that there is non-refundable 9% because I work through an intermediary.

ATTENTION! Shipping time is not guaranteed. Unfortunately, I have no influence on the work of the post offices and economy shipping does not work fine in several countries. Sorry, but no refunds for the late delivery.
Also note holidays periods like Christmas. Usually the delivery time will increase in this period.
