I am having trouble locating the SVG File/ I do not see the SVG FIle?

If you are downloading from a PC you may see the SVG file a little different than if you were downloading from a MAC. Depending on your computer settings the file extension on the SVG File may be defaulted to appear different. It might appear as a HTML document along with one of the browser icons as its thumbnail image. Do I need a cutting machine to use the 3D files?

Yes, for 3D design files you will need a cutting machine. Some designs might be simple and you can use the jpg print and cut file. Please reach out to me to confirm if a project is simple enough to print and manual hand cut before purchasing.
