I use an equally sweet mahogany Kmise, Mulucky, Lotmusic, or Vangoa concert or tenor size banjolele with an 8” banjo head for a lively banjo sound, though a little mellower with the nylon strings. Your hand-painted design will be very similar, but each is hand-painted with slight variations in colors and layout, to make each unique.

After painting the design, the head is coated with matte vanish, protecting the artwork and leaving the sound unaffected. I'm a serious ukulele player as well as an artist and want this to be an instrument that plays well as well as looking good. The banjolele will come with a nicely padded black bag/case and strap. Choose the regular high-G string or the low G-string option (installed), which I prefer for a richer sound, choose that option .
