Within 24 hours of purchase, I will create your one of a kind design and email your zip file from my personal email account. (Be sure to check your junk or promotions folder if you don't see it in your inbox.)

Some computers may display SVG file thumbnails as web browser icons (Internet Explorer, Chrome, etc), however they are actually SVG files and should still upload correctly in your cutting software.

You can check the file extension for “.svg”. You can also check the File Type or File Properties and they should show as “SVG Document” or “Scalable Vector Graphic”.

Now you can head to your cutting software to upload the SVG files.

*Note that double-clicking will not work to open SVG files unless you have specified which program you want your computer to associate SVGs with.

Absolutely! When you purchase a design from my shop you are purchasing a personal use license, NOT ownership of the design. You agree to not distribute or resell the file(s) contained in this download but you CAN create products from the files for personal or small business use (Etsy, craft fairs, etc). This is a limited Commercial License. You may sell up to 75 PHYSICAL items with the purchase of each design. If you would require more than the 75 physical items, I sell the license according to quantity in the Custom Orders and Commercial License section. You may not resell the files digitally at all. I DO NOT ALLOW ANY PRINT ON DEMAND SERVICES TO BE USED WITH MY FILES, such as TeeSpring, Printful, Amazon, or print on demand marketplaces.

Once you have downloaded a zipped file from Etsy or other on-line source you need to follow these steps to get it into your cutting software.
First, Locate your downloaded zip file. For a Windows computer you will right click on it, choose extract all, and save to a location on your hard drive. Locate the SVG file (sometimes shown with an Internet icon). Now, open your editing software and import the file type you need. For Mac computers, just double click on the zip file and it will automatically decompress into the same folder. You can now import the SVG file into Cricut Design Space or Silhouette Studio (Designer Edition).
