Everything is made to order so if you’d like to see something different please just ask.

Any item that has been personalised can only be returned if there is a mistake or faulty. If this is the case please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item.

Items must be returned in the original packaging.

Our processing time varies from product to product, first please check what Etsy have your item down as to dispatch.

Once dispatched for UK deliveries please allow upto 5 days, items over 2KG in weight will be sent with a courier.

For items sent overseas please allow 2-3 weeks.

If we have dispatched your item within the timescales agreed, please ensure there is enough time for your items to reach you in time. We cannot refund items that have not reached you in time due to overseas postage.

Please note if your item has been with a sorting office uncollected and it is sent back you are responsible for return postage costs. Personalised items will not be refunded.

No updates can be given as the information at purchase is correct - if it states 4-6 weeks it will be within 6 weeks.
