This Jewellery display stand uses a keyhole design so you can just slot your earrings straight in without removing the backings.

Pins may require the backing removed prior to hanging as the back sizes can vary and be larger than the average butterfly stud backing. Or select one of my Honeycomb stands with slots added for studs and pins.
