Instructions for Safe Use

Adjusting the Cane
Ensure the cane is at the correct height: when standing upright, the handle should align with your wrist.
The elbow should be slightly bent (15–20 degrees) when holding the cane.

Walking with the Cane
Hold the cane in the opposite hand of the weaker or injured leg.
Move the cane forward at the same time as your weaker leg.
Step forward with your stronger leg, maintaining balance and posture.

Using Stairs
Ascending: Step up with the stronger leg first, then bring the cane and weaker leg up.
Descending: Place the cane on the lower step first, followed by the weaker leg, then the stronger leg.

Safety Warnings
