Ordered a set of 9 prior. One gem fell off so I had to order another. Bc this is from Europe- I didn’t put it together that I would need METRIC screws when I went to redo my handles with my drawers. The hardware that it came with was not long enough for my project- so I went to the store to buy more. BC I’m US based- I went to the sizes that I know- of which clearly didn’t fit. Communication was a bit difficult trying to get the answers I sought. I don’t think I did a poor job in asking- but maybe I did? Due to the general falling off- I asked for a recommendation for a specific brand of glue to help resolve. Despite efforts in asking- I just resorted to buying a new knob. Knobs are lovely. Score given to confusion
