| Step 1 | Select the cup size needed from the "Cup Size“ drop down menu. Sizing details can be found below under "What Size?" and "Cup Specs".

| Step 2 | Select the cup quantity needed from the "Quantity / Price“ drop down menu.

| Step 3 | Provide the following personalization details for your order in the “Add your personalization” text box above, or in the "Notes" box during checkout. Imprint color options can be found by clicking through the listing photos above ↑.
- CUP COLORS | choose up to 4 colors when ordering 50+ cups; 2 colors when ordering 25+
- IMPRINT COLOR | one per order
- TEXT FOR PERSONALIZATION | names, date, etc.
- REQUESTED NEED-BY DATE | optional
- SPECIAL REQUESTS | optional

| Step 5 | After you have placed your order & submitted your personalization details, you will receive a DIGITAL PROOF via Etsy Message of your design for you to approve. Nothing is printed until the proof is approved by the buyer.
- Make sure to double check the proofs before approving!

🎨 DESIGN INFO 🎨
- One front design and one back design per order
- The front and back designs don't have to be the same, but the imprint color does
- Mix & Match designs: you’re welcome to use the front design from one listing and mix it with the back design from a different listing available in our shop (just make sure to specify what you want in your personalization notes)


🤍 WHAT SIZE? 🤍
- 12oz cups are good for things like mixed drinks and signature cocktails.
- 16oz & 22oz cups are best for beer, mixed drinks, water, etc.
- 32oz cups are great for water, tea, lemonade, popcorn, etc.
- Cup sizes are measured when filled to the brim, so a 16oz cup would comfortably hold around 12-14oz of liquid with no foam or ice.


🌈 COLOR OPTIONS 🌈
Price includes a cup color of your choice and ONE imprint color. The color options can be found by clicking through the listing photos above ↑.
- Cup color options vary based on cup size, check listing photos for colors
- With an order of 25+ cups, you can choose up to 2 cup colors
- With an order of 50+ cups, you can choose up to 4 cup colors

** Screen printed items are printed with inks that must evaporate to dry. The ink will dry but there may be a residual odor from the vapors. This odor, if detectable, is not considered a defect.
** Cups and Ink Colors are represented as accurately as possible. Due to variation between every monitor, smartphone and tablet display, seller is not responsible if the colors show differently in person.
** We will not be responsible for scratches & scuffs on plastics as this is a common occurrence in the production, printing, stacking and shipping of such products and we do not consider this a defect. While every attempt is made to prevent these from occurring through our handling, customers must assume this risk on all orders.
** An accidental over or under run of 5% will constitute a complete order. Every attempt will be made to minimize these amounts, but please order accordingly.
**We cannot be held liable for any package(s) that are stolen, lost, or delayed in transit or after delivery to the address you have given us. If your shipment was expected to arrive by the due date yet is delayed because of weather, natural disasters, riots, strikes or unforeseen events on the shipper's end, we will not be held responsible.
