Shipping info for US-based frens

Your order of enamel pins, jewelry, and/or art prints will be shipped via USPS First Class package service with tracking included. Stickers (when ordered alone), are mailed via USPS First Class letter service (which doesn't include tracking, per USPS) to keep postage and packaging to a minimum. All orders are posted within 1 to 2 business days, then USPS assumes responsibility for timely delivery, typically within another 2 to 6 business days. If USPS has not delivered your order within three weeks of the shipment date noted in your confirmation email, please contact me through Etsy messaging. Thank you so much!!

The quality of my pins is very important to me! Each one is handmade by trusted production partners who work from my original designs/specs, and I inspect each one under both natural and artificial light. Pins that have one or more readily-perceptible flaws are sold as "seconds" (aka "B-grade"), at a discounted price, but they're still lovely and wearable. I won't sell any seconds that I wouldn't be happy to wear or display. You'll find all seconds under the section "SECONDS Enamel Pins." (General examples of flaws are given in the item descriptions.)
