Due to hygenic reasons, no returns or exchanges, unless you find a defect, at which point we will make it right!!

My tracking information was marked as "delivered" but I still haven't received my package?

What to know/do • USPS delivery vans have a GPS system that often automatically update a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another 1-3 business days for your item. The package was likely accidentally marked as “delivered” and will arrive in the next few days. • Please contact your local post office. Call your LOCAL office, and NOT the USPS Hotline. (The USPS Hotline can only tell you what the tracking already shows). Ask your local post office: 1) who delivered the parcel 2) details about that day's delivery. • If the parcel does NOT show up (very rare), please call the Post Office and file a claim.

How long is shipping?

Our usual processing time is 3-5 business days, though most orders ship out within that time frame or less. After the processing period, our shipping times can range in the 2-6 business day range for all orders within the US. Any location outside the US will take longer and before purchasing you can see a projected delivery date provided based on where in the world you are located.

Can I return my order or get a refund?

All of our items (aside from our handcrafted face masks all shipped from our location in Florida) - are made to order for each customer. For this reason we can’t accept returns or cancellations more than 12 hours after your purchase. If your item had a printing/manufacturing error, please send a clear picture of the item. Include a written description of the error/fault and we will open a case for a reprint of your item.

I only received one item even though I ordered multiple different items?

There is a chance your items might be shipped from different facilities so you may receive your items separately. Please note - face masks will NEVER come in the same shipment as any apparel, tote bags, or mugs you may order. If you only order face masks - they WILL be shipped together and will be coming from the same location. Please contact us if you have any questions about your individual order or would like us to elaborate on anything stated here.

What is the sizing like for the t-shirts/sweatshirts/hoodies?

All of our clothing/apparel items are unisex sized. While not overly large, they do run closer to men’s sizing. Most women find the normal size they usually order still fits well - but as a slightly oversized fit. The size chart is the best way to choose the size for you and is located in the listing photos section for each item.

The ” origin zip code" or location in my order tracking link is different from the location and zip code shown in the item listing?

We partner with a variety of suppliers to place our designs on different items. Because we can only show one "origin zip code" per item, it’s possible your item may ship from a different zip code than the one shown in the listing.

Can I exchange the item I ordered for something else in your shop?

Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, with a defect, or is the wrong item - please contact us ASAP and we will resolve the issue.

What is your policy for missing and stolen packages?

Our shop cannot reimburse for orders that were incorrectly delivered by the post office. We also cannot reimburse for orders that were delivered but stolen from a property, delivery location, mailbox, or front desk. The shipping process is out of our control as soon as the item you have ordered has been transferred to the post office. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
