*When you're selecting "Quantity", it lets me know how many keychains get that specific tassel color. That's why it's important to make sure you add each one individually if all keychains get different colors.
**Please keep in mind, some colors differ slightly in pictures than in person

Note: The quantity listed is how many I have in that color to attach to keychains. It prevents selling tassels I may not have on hand. It doesn't affect the actual keychain at all. It's for the tassel color only. FOR LIMITED EDITION TASSEL COLORS----SPECIFY COLOR IN PERSONALIZATION AREA (area where name is added) IF YOU DONT SEE IT IN THE DROPDOWN LIST. Etsy doesn't have enough room for all of these tassel colors to be added in unfortunately.

Since each keychain is custom made, EXCHANGES will only be allowed if there is a defect in the product. Again, please ensure the name is spelled correctly.

Returns will not be accepted on custom orders although I am happy to work with you to resolve any issues reasonably.
