Where can I find my digital PDF file I bought?

1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. 2. Go to Purchases and reviews. 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey.

I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an Etsy account.

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. If you no longer have access to the email account you used to make the original purchase, please contact send me a message and I will send you your files directly.

I can't download a digital item I bought.
