Trauma victims cannot recover until they become familiar with, and befriend, the sensations in their bodies. Being terrified means you live in a body that is always on guard. Angry people live in angry bodies. The bodies of abuse victims are tense until they find a way to relax and feel safe. In order to change, people need to become aware of their sensations, and the way their bodies react to painful experiences.
I've created these 100 pages in order to help us cope with events that we feel like we have no control over, though we can control our response to it!

These are easy to follow, printable pages which you can print off on your printer. The following 5 sizes are available for printing:

Letter Size - 8.5’’ x 11’’
