Each individual seed packet is personalized with your loved ones name, birth date & date of passing. Also includes a poem on the back called 'Memory's Lovely Garden' (author unknown).
Each seed packet includes 1 helping of heirloom cherry tomato seeds sealed in its own individual envelope with a sowing label that reads "plant with love" and sowing instructions, wrapped in a green foliage printed background wrap, and again in a personalized brown kraft colored outer wrap, and then all tied together with a hemp cord bow.
