Wording customization is included in the price, but any kind of changes to graphics, fonts, design layout and backgrounds are NOT and may be available with additional fee charging.

Since all our products are digital, refunds CANNOT be provided after the delivery of the digital image. All sales are final, we will not do a refund if you:

Not all photo labs are aware of this policy and if you have issues with a photo lab refusing to print for you, please try another local photo lab or print at home yourself.
You are responsible for the printing of your item. No refunds will be given for printing issues.

I highly recommend that you print from home, or use a LOCAL SMALL PRINTING SHOP. Local printing shops will print almost everything, while Big Chain Print and Copy stores won't.
