When can I expect my order?

For Oracle/Tarot Decks, shipping is 2-3 weeks. Delays have happened either via shipper or carrier that are out of my control. I do my best to communicate these delays and keep the customer up to date on their order status. For Spells, these take 24-72 hours to complete and I send proof with every spell with name and DOB in the picture. For Readings, readings can take from 2 hours to 72 hours, but it all depends on the delivery speed that was chosen at check out. other items take 3-5 business days to process and ship out to you.

Do you accept Cancellations?

Cancellations can be made within 3 hours of purchase time. After 3 hours, the cancellation cannot be possible as this is a made-to-order deck and I process all orders after 3 hours. Please be sure of your purchase and financials before purchasing from my store. This policy was created to protect you and myself. I honor the cancellation policy and ask no questions if it if within the 3 hours window. After this time, the order gets processed and the shipping process begins. Tracking is usually available a days to a few weeks after the order has been placed.

Do you accept Refunds?

There are no refunds or Exchanges unless there is a problem with the order or damages that are out of our control. For readings, I will refund if the reasoning is fair. Please be certain and be sure of your purchase before ordering.

What happens if my tracking shows Delivered but I did not receive it?

Package Theft is NOT covered with shipping insurance and we will not be replaced at our expense. If an item has been marked as delivered but you did not receive the package, check with your neighbors, wait a few days until it shows up, and please contact your local USPS and file a report with them. Please understand that I did my part of shipping it in perfect condition. I will be glad to further assist in trying to retrieve the package. I may offer a discount for any future purchases as consolation when proven that effort has been made towards retrieving the package.

Yes, I do. Although etsy is enfrocing their policies on no metaphysical outcomes, I do cast spells. Send me a message if you are unsure which one to choose for your situation.

I can provide the answer to your spell casting service and provide answers on how it’ll possibly messiest. This listing is mostly yes or no answers to these questions.

This reading will look at your type of spell and how it will result in the real world. I will let you know if you need to wait longer for it to manifest, if it's in your best interest to do it or if you should wait for a little bit.

This is a reading for the spell of your choice to see if it manifested. This is not a spell-work service listing.

This reading is for:
-Hoodoo Spells
-Love Spells
-Domination Spells
