Custom and personalized orders

I am happy to customize any order! All you have to do is message me and I will work with you with sending pics to update you, until we get your order just how you want it!

Gift wrapping and packaging

I take great pride in wrapping each set of beads carefully to assure there is no damage. Each set is wrapped in tissue and ribbon and all you would need to do is slip down into a bag!

The time I need to prepare your order totally depends on the item you ordered. Each item has an estimated “ship time” however I do stay in contact with the customer throughout the creating process, and let them know exact times! I really try to ship sooner! My goal is to under promise, and OVER deliver! Of course, holidays can possibly take longer due to high volumes, but I will stay in touch keeping you updated, then send you a tracking number as soon as I ship😊 All my shipping is also FREE!!!!

I do not accept any returns or exchanges, the reason is because I work very close with my customers by messages and progress photos to make sure you love your beads even before you receive them! If you have any issue at all please message me.

Wholesale availability

I currently do not offer wholesale at this time, thank you for considering.
