Custom and personalized orders

We offer customisation of the products for an extra fee. The customer can choose colours, style, size and even the flowers. The customer can also send us pictures that we should use an an inspiration. When we agree on how the final product will look like and the deadline, we start the production and when the products are made we send pictures to the customer to see if we met their expectations. Once the customer approves the final design, we send them a listing to pay. Customised accessories can't be returned or exchanged.

The size of our accessories can be fully customised. The price changes according to the size. If you are not sure about the size of any product please send us a message. We offer different sizes of the hair combs, bouquets, hair wreaths, belts, earrings, etc..

Our accessories are mostly made from high quality artificial/fabric flowers, preserved flowers and leaves and sometimes dried flowers. You should store the accessories in darker place / out of direct sun, and in a dry place. Please store it in an airy place or poke holes in the original box so that preserved flowers can breath :) When stored properly, our accessories last 10-15 years.

You can return the package/item in original condition to our address in Austria (please message us to ask for a return address) Once the package arrives, we will send you a refund for the product (not shipping cost). Return shipping is paid by the buyer and is non refundable. Please send me a tracking number when the package is shipped. Possible customs fees may be deducted from your refund. You can only return the package within 14 days of its delivery! If the package shipped after 14th day of its delivery we will not issue a refund.

The item is damaged, some dried flowers fell off during the transport so I want a refund.

Our products are made from dried and preserved flowers/grasses. Slight damage during handling or transport is natural and does not affect the quality or beauty of the product. Each piece is handmade and unique. Subtle variations, including material fallout, are a sign of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects. The product can be still returned but a return shipping is paid by the buyer.
