We do not accept returns as our wallpapers are made-to-order. It your order was damaged during shipment let us know and we'll send a replacement free of charge. We'll need a picture of the package and wallpaper damaged for insurance.

How long does it take to ship my wallpaper order?

Processing and printing time takes up to 5 business days. Large orders may take longer. At that time your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the size of your order.

Can I get the wallpaper in another color?

It depends on the design. Some wallpaper colors can be changed and some cannot. Please contact me if you would like inquire about a particular design.

How much wallpaper do I need?

To determine the height you will need, round the height of your wall up to the nearest available length, which is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 or 12ft. If you are wallpapering multiple walls in a room, use the height of the tallest wall to measure.

All of our rolls are 24" wide. To calculate how many you will need, measure the full width of your wall in inches and divide by 24". Then round your answer up to the nearest full number, and that's how many rolls you will need.

IMPORTANT NOTE‼️ For the best color consistency, please order all your rolls together. Shades may differ slightly between separate print batches.

IMPORTANT NOTE‼️ We do not recommend applying our wallpapers over stain-resistant or washable painted walls. They will not stick to these surfaces. If you currently have these types of painted walls, we suggest painting them with a white, flat primer and allow at least 4 weeks for the paint to cure, otherwise the wallpaper may bubble.

I thought I had ordered this wallpaper design for the dollhouse I am constructing. However, the size of the design I received would be appropriate for my home. I've reordered and hope, this time, I have ordered the correct wallpaper size or the distributor reads my order correctly. Whichever the case may be, fingers crossed it is the right size for a dollhouse.
